Our Process GETTING TO KNOW YOU When it comes to the client, advisor relationship at E.P. Wayne Financial Group, the first priority is getting to know our clients. We want to understand what is most important to you, identify goals, values, special concerns and challenges. CREATING A PLAN We begin to create a tailored plan by analyzing our clients' current investment portfolio, and having a risk discussion. Then we are able to make recommendations to develop an asset allocation strategy, and begin portfolio construction. CLEAR EXPLANATION OF FEES AND COMMISSIONS It is our goal to clearly explain any fees or commissions associated with our practice. We know exactly what we are paying for a gallon of gasoline before we fill up, or what we're going to pay for food, before we order. Why should it be any different when it comes to financial services? We aim so that there is no stone left unturned whether it is before, during or after making any financial decision. ONGOING MONITORING, EVALUATION AND REVIEW It is important that we are able to systematically review and update. Whether we are working towards a short term goal like paying down debt, or a long term goal like saving for retirement, it's important that we stay on track and make updates when needed. It may be a quarterly call, or an annual review appointment. It's important that we continually review, revisit and update when needed.
